As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Hello hello!!! I'm Coach Eric the Coaching Manager!! I started my journey with BodyOps through Matt taking a chance in me and me taking my optical official Leap of Faith as I was in the mental health field for 15 1/2 years. Since I've been coaching, I've assisted many people in crushing goals, changing their lives, exceeding goals and becoming better people!! I am consistently learning more each day to be here for you guys!! I am also a boxing coach, I still box and a retired basketball player of 20 years. I have a lot of versatility and will forever be here to help assist everyone that comes to us!! If you're here to change, we are here to guide you through that and more!!

Coach Walkers here, my passion for a healthier lifestyle is rooted through my families medical history. I’ve watched poor dietary/fitness habits take my fathers life far too soon along with many other dear family members. In early high school I watched my dads health decline rapidly, so I took it upon myself to try make changes in his life and my own. I didn’t want my future health to be in jeopardy before the age of 50! 


In high school, I also started taking wrestling very serious which meant I needed to be very lean, light, and in great physical condition. The love for the sport and everything that came with it eventually led me to competing 4 years at the collegiate level and also graduating with my bachelors in fitness studies and public health. This has now blossomed into almost 10 years of coaching experience! I have spent years personal training, health coaching, and coaching wrestling at the high school and collegiate level. I’m ready to bring that experience to you! 


Have you found that you are no longer in the shape you used to be? Remember how you felt before you graduated college, got out of the service, covid, had your kids, and the list goes on and on? It’s time to feel like that again, invest in yourself and let’s do this together! My coaching style is very direct, encouraging, and fosters an opportunity for you to learn! This isn’t another gimmick, this is a lifestyle change. It’s time to make that change!

Growing up with 5 brothers, it was essential to be athletic and get involved in sports: baseball, soccer, cross country and bowling. After graduating from high school, sports and athletics fell by the wayside and were replaced with poor habits: overeating, smoking, alcohol. At age 43 I was diagnosed with, and beat, non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. At age 49, I realized I wasn’t doing myself any good and made a conscious choice to recreate myself. I started running again and by age 55, competed in 10 marathons, 12 half marathons and a myriad of 10k, 5k, 4 milers…. I started with Body Ops as a client in 2021, and it was the best decision I could make. I felt so connected to the program, I became a Certified Personal Coach in Spring 2022 and soon after became a Coach with Body Ops. As a mental health counselor and fitness coach, I enjoy working with clients who know what they want, and need, and are open to the challenge to recreate themselves and learn a healthier lifestyle. I am a CPT and constantly look for ways to improve myself and share those tools with my clients.

Hiya! Coach Kat here 😺 I have been an athlete all my life & don’t know any different! In fact, I played D3 lacrosse in college. I received my Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and have been a coach for 13 years now! Taking care of myself is important to me and having the ability to instill that in others is amazing; being a coach is so rewarding and fills my bucket. 


I absolutely love helping clients learn and incorporate healthier eating habits and understanding how to eat the things they love all within their calories and macros. It is also rad to help clients achieve their fitness and//or gym goals, learn how to incorporate more movement & mobility, as well as better sleep habits and time management skills. 


Self care is an important aspect for me: teaching clients how to better care for themselves individually, including their emotional and mental health is massive! Self care isn’t necessarily a bubble bath, but can be taking a 10 minute walk or doing breath-work for example. Together, I guarantee we will build the muscle you want, lose the weight you want, and live a much healthier & happier life! Now… let’s get dialed in!
